TIPS & INFORMATION

• Massage and Spa Newbies: We are here to create the best relaxed atmosphere possible. Your comfort is our top priority. If you ever have any concerns or questions; before, during or after your service please let us know. We step out of the treatment room while you undress to your comfort level and get onto the massage table under the sheet. Comfort level is different for everyone, for most this is down to underwear or nude. We use professional draping the entire time. But again this is to your comfort level and can work around some clothing.
• When you enter the Spa grounds, please turn off your cellphone for maximum relaxation.
• Gratuities are not included in the price for our services, but are gladly accepted. Usually gratuities range from 15-20% of the service price, or larger if you experience exceptional service.
• Always drink plenty of water before and after your massage treatment to ensure flushing of toxins and to reduce post-massage soreness.
• It’s best to leave all jewelry at home so it doesn’t get in the way of your treatment.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION

We are a small company, and therefore require a credit card to hold bookings.

• Payment at the time of the appointment can be made by cash, check, or credit card
• Please be aware that the spa cannot make change. We do not keep cash on hand–please bring complete payment amount and/or any gratuity that you plan to pay.
• If guest cancels less than 48 hours before their appointment, they will be charged 50% of their appointment fee
  
  

TARDY ARRIVALS

If you are running late for a scheduled appointment, please contact your massage therapist immediately at 512.843.1106.

Please be aware that the Spa is located in downtown San Marcos with easy street parking. The amount of time you are late for your appointment is deducted from your on-the-table massage and treatment time, and full payment is charged.

• If you are 20+ minutes late, and you did not call to let your therapist know, your appointment is subject to automatic cancellation, and full payment is charged. Your therapist must still be paid.
